Terms of Service

Service Agreement

By engaging Rod's Lawn Care & Property for lawn care and property maintenance services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services are provided according to the specifications outlined in your service agreement and estimate.

Scheduling and Access

• • Services will be performed during agreed-upon timeframes, weather permitting
• • Property access must be provided during scheduled service times
• • Gates, sprinkler systems, and obstacles should be clearly marked
• • Service may be rescheduled due to inclement weather or unsafe conditions

Payment Terms

Payment is due within 30 days of service completion unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may incur additional fees as outlined in your service agreement.

Service Modifications

Changes to scheduled services or additional work requests must be approved in writing or via email. Additional charges may apply for services beyond the original scope of work.

Property Care

• • We exercise reasonable care while on your property
• • Pre-existing conditions or damage should be reported before service
• • Irrigation systems should be clearly marked and functioning properly
• • Pet waste and debris should be cleared before scheduled service

Liability and Insurance

Rod's Lawn Care & Property maintains appropriate business insurance coverage. Our liability is limited to the value of services provided. Property owners are responsible for maintaining safe working conditions and noting any hazards or special considerations.

Service Cancellation

Either party may terminate ongoing service agreements with 14 days written notice. One-time services may be cancelled up to 24 hours before scheduled service time without penalty.
